What is a 1031 Tax Free Exchange? 
The 1031 solution is a tax-deferred exchange method by which a property owner trades one or more relinquished properties for one or more replacement properties of "like-kind", while deferring the payment of federal income taxes and some state taxes on the transactions. 

Oil and Gas 1031 Exchange
Working interest in oil and gas provides Direct Assignment; investors receive legal title to the percentage of the working interest purchased.
